In order to recycle waste plastic, foreign matter must be removed, melted by heat and returned to the plastic raw material. The removal of foreign matter is a very important process because the essential requirement is to produce a homogeneous material with no contamination.

In the past, wire mesh was generally used as a screen in filtration equipment to remove foreign matter contained in waste plastic. However, the thinner the mesh, the weaker it becomes and the more likely it is to deform under the pressure of the resin. In addition, the mesh is prone to clogging, which makes it costly and time-consuming to replace many times during production. How to remove foreign matter efficiently has been an issue.

The solution to this issue is our electron beam drilled screens. Stronger and less prone to clogging which reduce the frequency of screen changes, their fine holes allows for more efficient and accurate removal of foreign matter.
