Electron beam drilled screen is widely used for the filtration section of centrifugal separators. It is used in a wide range of fields including food, pharmaceuticals, industrial chemicals, petrochemicals, and salt.

In the past, filtration was generally done with filter cloths, which required time for maintenance and had low durability, placing a heavy burden on the user in terms of labor and cost. By replacing it with an electron beam drilled screen, clogging is minimized, maintenance is made easier, the durability and production efficiency is dramatically improved, which allow the machine to perform at a high level.

The ability to create shapes to suit the material, such as tapered hole cross sections for round or slotted holes, dramatically increases the efficiency of product dewatering. Hastelloy, titanium, and Stainless Steel Strip for Spring (CSP) materials, which are difficult to process with conventional punching or etching methods, can also be processed. The screen itself is easy to clean, corrosion-resistant with improved lifetime.
