Press-molded hemispheres are drilled with an electron beam.
Extrusion granulator for fine granules of φ0.3 mm or less.

Conventional granulators have large variations in processing capacity, and it is difficult to granulate φ0.3 mm or smaller using conventional drilling methods.

To solve this problem, our electron beam drilled screens are applied at the extrusion ports.

Electron beam processing can make fine holes in thick screen, which enables stable production of granules of φ0.3 mm or less. As a result, the processing capacity of the screen is increased, durability and convenience are greatly improved.
