Strainers, which are devices used to remove foreign substances (solid components and linear foreign substances such as hair) from liquids, are used as check filters in a wide range of fields such as the food, pharmaceutical, and cosmetic industries.

The filter part of a conventional strainer is made of wire mesh, which is not strong enough, and the complicated surface of it makes it difficult and costly for the user to clean it.

By replacing it with our filter element processed by electron beam drilling technology, line strainer is easier to clean, hygienic, has higher production efficiency and durability, and is easier to maintain.

In addition, our filter element is about six times stronger than wire mesh, and the tapered cross-section of the holes allows for effective backwash cleaning.

Our filter elements for line strainer have been highly evaluated not only in Japan but also overseas, and were the first in Japan to be certified under the U.S. sanitary standard “3A.
