Greatly improved performance of filtration system for coolant.
Non-clogging backwash filter element.
Coolant equipment is a device that uses coolant liquid, such as cutting oil, to cool down the heat of friction when machining metals.
In In the past, filter elements used in coolant filtration systems to remove sludge from the coolant liquid were generally made of wire mesh, wedge wire, or notch wire. After prolonged use, these filters become clogged with sludge, requiring regular replacement, dismantling and cleaning, as well as affecting the machining process.
This issue has been solved by using our filter element processed by electron beam drilling technology. Our filter element has no weave or support such as wire mesh or wedge wire, so sludge does not get caught or clog in it. In addition, since the cross-section of the holes is tapered, sludge on the surface of the element can be efficiently discharged by backwash cleaning.
Unlike other filtration system, the smooth surface of our filter allows electropolishing to be applied, resulting in a highly sanitary structure that is easy to clean. It also improves detachability and eliminates the clogging caused by sludge adhesion that is a problem with ordinary coolant filtration filters.
